Tutors Are Required To…

  • Deliver active lessons using a whiteboard in a classroom setting — materials, lesson plans and worksheets are available for group and one-to-one lessons

Person Specification

The ideal applicant will be:

  • Confident, energetic, approachable — a good communicator who works well with other leaders
  • Someone who takes initiative
  • Good at multitasking
  • Able to work under pressure and towards set deadlines
  • Preferably (but not necessarily) well-versed in the National Curriculum and experienced in working with or teaching children
  • UK GCSEs with minimum B or grade 6 for English and Maths (mandatory). Minimum A or grade 7 for Science if teaching Science
  • Punctual and reliable
